Students Who Withdraw

Students who withdraw from the program are required to empty their locker and gather all personal items. Any items left behind by the student will be stored for 30 days, at which time the items become the property of Paul Mitchell The School Overland Park.

Students wishing to transfer to another institution must pay all monies owed to Paul Mitchell The School Overland Park, and all applicable academic requirements must be met in order for the hours to be released.

Students must make arrangements to pay any remaining balance owed to the school. A Payment Plan will be set up with the Financial Aid Leader to satisfy the amount owed.Students can choose from the following options for payment.

  1. Pay the Total Balance Owed - Students will receive a 50% discount off the amount owed if payment is paid in full.The full 50% discount will not be applied, if tuition and fees for hours attended are not paid in full with the balance reduction.
  2. Pay with ACH - Students will receive a 30% discount off the amount owed if they sign the ACH agreement to have payments automatically drafted from their bank or financial institution. Funds must be avaliable for scheduled withdraw to continue with ACH.
  3. Set up monthly personal student payments.

Students may be turned over to collections for non-payment or not being in compliance with their Payment Plan.
